Adidas Environmental Protection magazine was launched in 2015 as an initiative to help brands better understand their environmental and social impact.
Its aim is to promote brands to the public on environmental, social and governance issues, according to the company.
The magazine was designed to be a “one stop shop for all the latest trends and news,” according to Adidas.
The first issue of the magazine, released in February 2017, was a roundup of the top environmental and sustainability topics in fashion, fitness, beauty, food and health, according an Adidas spokesperson.
“As an ethical and environmentally responsible company, we’ve taken the time to create a platform that promotes brands on environmental and societal issues,” the spokesperson said.
Adidas is the world’s largest athletic footwear company.
Its iconic sportswear is made in Italy, with brands like adidas Originals, adidas Pro and adidas Ultra Boost.
In the United States, it operates in 32 countries and is the largest sports apparel retailer in the world.
